Outstanding - never have to think about payroll. Just happens seamlessly in the background. Alerts me to the the things I need to pay attention to and files everything tax related on my behalf.

Initially thought the grass was greener, but after hearing from many others on their videoconferencing / conference call / screen share / recording software, I think it's just a hard space and it's not going to be perfect. I've come to terms with the fact that is the right fit for us and any perceived advantages of others will just be weighed down by other disadvantages that won't have.

Been with them for a while - constant improvements being released. I'm probably not a power use because I don't do heavy sourcing, but I imagine that would work well for an in-house recruiter that's going to use that a lot. Good for small startups all the way up to Netflix and Yelp.

Intuitive small business accounting solution with clean, simple interface, slick mobile app and great reporting. Main challenge is you won't find as many bookkeepers familiar with it.

Awesome solution - the one gap in my mind was call logging, but either they have it now or it's imminently to be released

Obviously a business critical application that gets the job done

Don't have to lift a finger, just works. Not as polished as I'd expect. If I was starting from scratch, I'd probably have gone with Gusto.
