It's great when selling to enterprise clients because it's familiar.

Easy to Install and implement Excellent Product

I use WebEx Training for my other company which provides live, online, hands-on software training. It works well and is easy for others to share their screen. For our application, it is better than Zoom, but I use Zoom for online meetings. If you work with major corporations, WebEx is one of the few online systems that consistently makes it through corporate firewalls. Also, people can talk via a phone or microphone and there is no extra cost for that. Adobe Connect gets through the firewalls too, but people cannot connect via a phone - that requires a third party and can get very expensive. WebEx's API is relatively easy to incorporate into your website. Documentation is not that great, but not too hard to figure out.

Very easy to use and quick to install. Rollouts are spaced well so there's little to no "hiccups" during calls. Well worth the price, even compared to free solutions.

Well, I like the simplicity of the platform and the prompt reminders dished out via mails for any webinar session. Also, I get to watch webinars I missed via a link that will be sent still via mail.

Free for a small group with the best quality in recording the meeting.

Hard to get into.
