They take care of everything for you. They also negotiate rates on healthcare that about cancel out their fees.

This is the way to get health insurance at about 40% less than market. Plus they solve a ton of other problems on the way. But the health insurance makes it a no brainer. There's a monthly service fee but it's worth it. Excellent on boarding great service. I've used these guys twice now and they off load a ton of hr overhead from founders. "I don't know, call trinet" is my go to response on all hr questions. Plus ... health insurance.
