A true PEO but without the hand holding. Pretty easy to get up and running. Insurance for my California people kind of blows. Plus their disability plan with Met Life didn't do the job when it came to short-term disability for my people on maternity leave.
Pros: Finally an HR company who cares about their UX/UI. Onboarding is largely automated, pricing is reasonable, health plans are good.
Cons: Live chat support button is always there but there is literally nobody ever available on live chat. Technical support is mediocre until you get escalated to a more experienced rep.
