Terrible. Someone else set this up for us, touting a "we handle everything" approach for a painfully large wad of cash each month, and they ended up being both a single point of failure and a tremendous time sink due to the 15 middlemen they put in place. Hitting the eject button madly and are transitioning to Gusto + Bench at the end of the month.
