Had problems with lagginess. End up talking over one another. More participants makes it worse. To be fair, this is with the free service accessed by going to Easy to share though and good for quick impromptu's.

It is expensive on a per user basis as your employee base grows, but it works reliably and helps to make you look good when used with customers.

Have to download a plugin which is a hassle. Why doesn't anyone use Flash or Java or HTML5 for video conferencing?

Go to meeting requires a setup step before using so it's a bit more tedius but it's stable and free so it's good

Gotomeeting is easy to use especially in combination with the chrome extension that schedules meetings right from your Google Calendar. We use it for demos and sometimes support. One drawback for support usage is that it doesn't support copy/paste in interactive sessions.

Rock solid — very few audio or video problems

We only use it because it was fastest to integrate with our own product. It's definitely not stable in the form we use ( ) ...and sometimes calls just drop.

It's cheap ($50/month) and it works flawlessly. Large enterprise customers like it.
