Facilitates team collaboration for all external communication. Well-defined responsibilities so that nothing slips through the cracks -- a big risk with other "collaborative inbox" solutions.

Really strong for doing customer service, in small teams anyway. Support emails can get assigned, commented on, and tracked, and the customer gets a personal email from your actual inbox and not some Zedesk garbage automated response or long ticket number.

Great service, good customer support. Tried for quite some time now and feel that will not leave in near future for sure.

Invisible hand-off between service reps. Constantly adding new features. Great support from their team.

Light, easy to integrate, beautifully executed product. Everything else in the space feels bloated.
