Banks are mostly all the same. First Republic’s website is straight out of the 1990s but they give out free umbrellas, which more than makes up for it.
Their online banking absolutely sucks. We couldn't even find a way to wire money online.
Their service is impeccable and their employees are friendly and efficient. They were also very open-minded regarding the fact that we came from overseas and didn't yet have a permanent address, work visa or SSN.
They've been awesome even though their website kind of sucks. The service has been excellent to compensate.
They gave us a bunch of credit and are pretty easy to work with.

the FX rates for international TT is pretty bad
High touch with fair to miserable online tools, but super helpful when you email, call, or go to the branch.
Like: reputation, good staff. Dislike: online platform is functional but old and has little issues such as random password lockouts.
FRB is the greatest bank ever!! You call they know who you are. You visit an office they treat you like you have a bunch of money with them. Crazy. They are incredibly helpful every single time. When I die I want to be buried with first republic bank ATM card. They really are exceptional.
Personal service where as a startup you do not feel like you are "just another customer".

They haven't been exceptionally good to us. They also haven't been bad. They couldn't help us get a line of credit.
